We've all heard all of the IRRITATING diet-ism's:

WHATEVER, put it anyway you want, we're tired of hearing it. Fact is, most of us have a general understanding of what we should and shouldn't be eating. Some of us even have a good idea why. Here at TSP, we believe where most people fail is knowing HOW.
The battle is not just knowing WHAT to eat, but HOW to prepare meals that consist of the right portions of the right foods and how to fit them into your day to day lives. The TOP Strength Project has specific management systems in place to measure, monitor, and modify you're eating and lifestyle habits outside of your training sessions.
Acquiring knowledge, understanding the process, and learning how to put it to practice is what creates progress. There are no tricks, magical powders, pills, or secrets.

Mobility/ Corrective Exercise

"Never add resistance to a dysfunctional movement pattern; you will only strengthen the compensation."
There is no aspect of exercise more important than the ability to MOVE. If any single muscle or joint involved is inhibited, the ENTIRE movement is ineffective and unsafe.
Proper movement mechanics are a HUGE aspect of our systems here at TSP. Promoting balance, stability, and longevity are among our foundational principles when it comes to client evaluation and program design.
Identifying and correcting imbalances is essential. Exercising should not cause chronic pain and injury; it should fix and prevent it. There is nothing holding anyone back from full and proper movement mechanics aside from developing a better understanding of your body. Make mobility the priority while leaving your ego at the door.
