This Hypertrophy Camp is most appropriate for anyone who is looking to build muscle.
It will involve a series of six sessions, each for which will focus on a specific body part:
Day 1: Back
Day 2: Chest
Day 3: Quads/ Calves
Day 4: Shoulders/ Traps
Day 5: Hamstrings/ Glutes
Day 6: Arms
Each session will first give you an understanding of the specific muscle group and what movements it is responsible for, and then what exercises work best to create growth.
Other important muscle building aspects that will be covered:
creating maximum and specific contraction
range of motion
*pre, peri, post nutrition?? (if you are all well behaved..)
There are two different schedules for the seminar groups. A weekday seminar group meeting on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings starting October 2nd for 2 weeks from 6-8pm. And a weekend group meeting on Saturday and Sunday from 11am-1pm starting October 15 for 3 consecutive weekends
The cost for the entire camp is $249 dollars and that covers all six sessions.
There is also an option to take advantage of one or more "specific" day(s) at $50 a drop in fee... example: if you just wanted to do quads and arms, you could sign up for each class individually for $50 each.
