Directions: Set oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit. In a skillet, heat coconut oil. Add garlic and onion, sauté for 3 minutes on low. Raise to medium, add turkey and taco seasoning. While turkey browns, cut zucchini in half and scrape seeds out. Once turkey browns, remove from heat and add salsa. Mix well and stuff zucchini then top with cheese. Bake in oven for 20-25 mins.
Add all ingredients except for zucchini/marinara. Mix well and shape into 8 even sized balls. Place on baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes until turkey is no longer pink inside. While meatballs are baking. Add 2 cups of marinara into a pan and heat on medium, spiralize zucchini and cover at medium for about 3 minutes or until zucchini is cooked. Remove from stove and portion into containers.
