THE TOP STRENGTH INTAKE

“In order to get create direction, you have to know where you’re starting from.” 

The intake process was developed to create a solid-unbiased understanding of where you’re starting from; specifically in regards to your body composition, overall health, insulin/ nutrient sensitivity, strength, and movement capacity.

The Intake Process Includes the following:

  • Step 1: The Biosignature Modulation is a twelve site skinfold caliper test created by Charles Poliquin which gives us your lean body mass, fat mass, and some insight into your bodies hormonal pathways represented by each of the 12 sites. 

  • A nutritional template and supplementation recommendations will be put together based off of your biosignature results.

  • Step 2: Three strength training sessions to screen all of the compound lifts. During the sessions we screen and evaluate these lifts for max strength and capacity within your max.

    • Squat

    • Overhead Press

    • Deadlift

    • Bench

    • Front Squat/ Split Squat

    • Dip

    • Chin Up

      All movements can of course be adjusted and modified based upon each individuals needs, interest, and potential limitations.  

  • Step 3: an exit biosignature 2-4 weeks after to assess progress and make appropriate adjustments.

This intake process is appropriate for anyone and everyone; regardless of ability or goals. This is the first step to personal training/ coaching here at The TOP Strength Project.
