Test your strength with 5 lifts: snatch or log viper, clean + jerk or log clean + press, squat, deadlift, bench, (You choose Oly or Strongman for the first two lifts). You’ll have three attempts at each lift to gain the most pounds as possible (in the order mentioned above). Best attempts at each lift are totaled for a Wilks Score. This is a relative strength competition and first place for both men and women receive a free membership to Top Strength for the year, along with custom “wrestling style” belts.
